How long does it take for a full charge?
Charge speed depends primarily on the device your NeatPod is plugged into. However, the charge speed averages to be the same as an original Apple Watch charger — approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.

Where can I use my NeatPod? What devices does it charge with?
The NeatPod is USB-friendly, meaning it works with any device that has a charge capacity and a USB input. Most common use cases for the NeatPod are laptops, powerbanks, car chargers, regular chargers, all wall outlets, and desktop computers. The USB port is a global input type, and hotels internationally are vying for USB ports in all major wall outlets so you can charge your Apple Watch almost anywhere in the world.

Is the NeatPod compatible with my watch?
If you have an Apple Watch, the answer is yes. The NeatPod is compatible with all Apple Watch series. Although it is rare, some watch cases may interfere with the connection and hinder charging.

Will the NeatPod damage my Apple Watch?
We have served thousands of customers with NeatPod and have not once had a report of our product damaging customer devices. Our team uses NeatPods within their lives and throughout our offices, and we have never had such an occurrence. The NeatPod should not damage your device.

Can I use NeatPod instead of my original Apple Watch charger?
Definitely. We've had many customers purchase multiple NeatPods for friends, family, and even themselves, as they were tired of the hassle the Apple charger causes.

Is there a warranty?
TRVLPOD offers a 50-charge trial on all NeatPod products. If your NeatPod appears to be defective, shoot us an email at info@trvlpod.co and somebody from our sales squad will assist you immediately.

Where is NeatPod made and shipped from?
The NeatPod was developed on the East Coast of the United States by two brothers who love to travel. Tired of fidgeting with their charging docks to get their Apple Watch cables everytime they had to spend a night out, they came up with a truly portable solution. Since then, TRVLPOD manufactures the NeatPods across the globe with factories in the United States, France, India, and China. All orders are shipped via FedEx Express from our warehouses within the United States.

I just ordered my NeatPod. When will it arrive?
Due to the current circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a bit of latency with fulfillment providers across the globe. You should receive your NeatPod 4-7 days after you place your order.
Returns
If your product is defective or not working properly, let us know and we will send you a replacement product.
Items that have been purchased from retailers, incorrectly purchased products and products damaged due to incorrect operation by the customer cannot be returned.
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing that are not due to our fault
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we've received and checked the returned product, we will email you to let you know we've received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will then inform you thru email that we are refunding the amount paid.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchange
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or different from the one you ordered. If you'd like to exchange it for the same item, email us at Onliai@outlook.com. Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Send us an email at Onliai@outlook.com.
Cancellation policy
The expected time to report an article, product or service that is to be canceled / exchanged is only 24 hours. We ship our products within 1-4 days. Therefore, if the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

You must pay the shipping cost for the return of the item.
The shipping cost is non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of shipping back will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

After placing your order, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your order. We will process your order 6 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 1-2 days. During a high volume or crisis, processing time may take an additional 2-4 days.
